Myntra launches M-express, to deliver fashion and beauty products in under 48 hours

One of India’s biggest and leading beauty and fashion destinations Myntra introduces an express delivery feature called M-Express that enables users from across the globe to receive orders within 24-48 hours of purchase. It is applicable across a wide collection of over 3 lakh styles and has exceeded about 1300 pin codes. This express delivery feature works through Myntra’s own trusted delivery network and is one of a kind. It is operating at a fast scale and delivering products without any external hassles.

Speed-sensitive customers can now easily search for M-Express products from the App through delivery time filters and they can even visually identify such products with the use of M-Express tags fulfilled through this new delivery service. Upfront on the list page, now buyers can easily avail of the M-Express delivery products across several applicable styles.

CEO of Myntra, Nandita Sinha recently said in one of her speeches that in this company she has left no stone unturned to pursue an overall customer experience. The M-Express delivery service gives complete access to customers to choose their desired products based on delivery time timelines. This empowers them to make better purchase decisions. She also added that M-Express is going to be a game changer for the industry and drive delight for the fashion-forward customer base. This is going to reinforce loyalty and enhance platforms for the opportunity for new brands to let all kinds of small or big range sellers grow and flourish. M- Express has rolled been rolled out in metros across 30% of the styles available and is believed to further expand to tier -2 and tier-3 cities.

The web version of this feature is going to get unleashed soon. This 48-hour product delivery service is much feasible and widely accepted. Walmart-owned Myntra on Thursday introduced this feature keeping in mind the speed-sensitive customer oriented market base. The e-portal commerce platform of this fashion app has guaranteed 48-hour delivery service even at the cost of weather conditions, if not life risky.

Myntra said that it will offer forward deployment centres to sellers and brands according to which the high-class brands instead of storing products in one big warehouse; can be easily stored in smaller warehouses that are nearer to demand centres. Hence, this is going to further save the delivery time and let customers enjoy the fastest delivery of their desired orders placed on the App or website. Myntra recently is doubling down in the fashion category keeping pace with Nykaa and Reliance AJIO. Personalization, beauty and personal care with an influencer–led live commerce are going to be the key focus areas for Myntra’s leadership team. This is what Sinha told to Economic Times after following a tumultuous year at the company.

This new delivery feature has been launched ahead of the business’s upcoming 16th edition of its “End of Reason Sale”-one of its main sale events of the year. Although the feature is live, the company couldn’t spot tags on products. The service will not cost any additional service to its trusted customers, yet more clarity is awaited. The App is updating frequently with new updated features and therefore consumers are requested to stay up to date to enjoy any additional new features. This service has found newer ways to give Myntra an unbeatable look over its rival’s most fashion-centric platforms aim to offer speedy delivery service but has not been able to beat this one.

With growing technology and the need to get everything on time, every shopping platform is getting gradually oriented toward services like “Quick Commerce” and: Super-Fast Delivery”.
