In today’s fast-paced world, I noticed that many businesses struggle to create the right workspace due to limited time and experience. This insight led me to start Hub and Oak in 2017, simplifying workspace planning, design, and execution for businesses.

Key milestones include delivering over 100 interior fit-out projects, expanding into premium coworking hubs, building long-term corporate partnerships, and establishing Hub and Oak as a trusted single-point solution across Delhi NCR’s commercial real estate and workspace ecosystem.
Prime Insights: As a woman entrepreneur, what unique challenges did you face, and how did you overcome them?
The most significant challenge was navigating uncertainty, especially during COVID-19. I had to make quick yet thoughtful decisions, adapt our offerings, and diversify my business to provide complete real estate solutions to modern professionals, startups, big corporations, investors, and buyers. This helped my Hub and Oak team to stay relevant and continue growing.

Balance comes from structure and prioritisation. I focus on building reliable teams, delegating effectively, and setting clear boundaries. Taking time for personal well being helps me stay grounded and make better long term decisions for both business and life.

We work with clients ranging from established corporates to growing startups across industries such as finance, law, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, education, fitness, and healthcare. This exposure allows us to design spaces that genuinely support the way different businesses function.

We stay ahead by actively tracking workspace trends, engaging with client feedback, and investing in research around automation and sustainability. Continuous learning and adapting designs to changing work patterns help us deliver relevant, future-ready spaces.

Technology and innovation help us design smarter, more efficient workspaces. By using automation, energy efficient planning, and sustainable materials, we create spaces that are easier to operate, cost effective in the long run, and better suited to how businesses work today.

Start even if you do not feel fully ready. Self doubt is normal, but showing up consistently and learning along the way matters more than being perfect. Build your skills, focus on real results, and trust your instincts. Confidence grows through action.

Since the new year is round the corner and the workspace dynamics in India are changing at a rapid pace, in the upcoming years, we are planning to become one of the most trusted real estate brands not just in the NCR region but across India. We are focused on expanding our coworking presence, scaling our interior fit-out and project management vertical, and delivering high-value advisory services to businesses. Our goal is to grow sustainably while following a client-first, transparent, and execution-driven approach.
