The institution was established in June 2018, under the vision of Pro-Vice Chairperson Ms. Tulika Kedia, with the belief that the future of the nation lies in its children. The journey that started with the legacy of DPS Kamptee Road has now metamorphosed into a progressive educational space that fosters holistic development, inculcating the spirit of learning, unlearning and relearning in a dynamic ever-changing world. Under the able guidance and academic expertise of our Director, Ms. Savita Jaiswal, the school has laid a strong foundation of innovative and progressive learning. We use research-based, experiential, and project-based approaches, along with inquiry-driven methods and seamless technology integration. We are recognized as No. 1 in Maharashtra for Innovative Teaching (2023–24) by Education Today and are committed to delivering engaging and future-ready learning experiences. To provide additional support to students; bespoke bridging courses and performance enhancement programmes are rolled out to effectively address learning gaps.

We offer an integrated curriculum and structured schedules with a balanced approach. We provide regular counselling support, life skills sessions and daily mentoring by teachers to support our students’ emotional, social and mental well-being. Students are welcome to approach counsellors for advice, particularly on behaviour and emotions in the teenage years. Progressive initiatives like ‘Man Ki Baat’ suggestion boxes allow them to express themselves. We aim to have regular feedback from parents and students and peer support systems to help us address issues quickly and create a safe and supportive school environment.

We integrate technology into everyday learning through smart classrooms, digital resources and interactive platforms. The EduNext modules support the teaching-learning processes, sharing of assignments and communication with parents. Students often take practical digital assessments that allow them to use concepts effectively. Blended learning techniques also promote critical thinking, collaboration, and digital literacy, preparing students to succeed in a technology-driven world.

They are empowered to aid holistic development in every learner through regular training, capacity-building programmes, workshops and innovative pedagogies.
Prime Insights: Tell us a success story that exemplifies how your school has made a difference in student growth?
One of the most powerful examples of the impact our school has is the story of Sudhanshu Sharma, a Class 12 who despite suffering with quadriparesis and having over 75% locomotor disability scored an inspiring 86.2% in the CBSE Grade X Board Exam without the support of a scribe. His resilience and the school’s continued support has resulted in his success. We supported his academic journey in and out of the classroom with individualized academic assistance, inclusive classroom practices, consistent mentoring, and regular communication with his parents. This collective effort is a reflection of our commitment to nurture the potential of each learner.

We engage with parents through regular PTMs, workshops and interactive sessions. Programs such as Care Calls, digital communication tools and school activities that promote ongoing communication, transparency and partnership, giving parents the opportunity to actively support their child’s academic growth and overall development.
Prime Insights: What facilities and infrastructure do you have to support holistic learning?
We have state-of-the-art infrastructure including smart classrooms, well-equipped science and computer labs, rich library system with sub-junior, junior and senior sections. Our campus has specialized facilities such as Composite, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Social Science and AI labs. There are special areas for Art, Dance, and Music to promote creativity. Sports facilities include an indoor swimming pool complex, football field, basketball and volleyball courts, badminton court, martial arts room and indoor games room. We have a Discover and Explore room for Experiential learning and students’ academic enhancement. The school also has a safe and inclusive environment for CWSN students and promotes effective learning by integrating technology in the curriculum.

Leadership, discipline and global awareness are promoted through structured platforms such as student council, class representatives and house system. Students take responsibility-based roles in these systems. Confidence and a sense of accountability are built through regular assemblies, community service activities and collaborative projects. A well-defined school routine, teacher mentoring and student support groups further guide behaviour, while exposure to diverse perspectives helps develop responsible, disciplined and globally aware individuals.
Prime Insights: What are some of the key achievements and milestones that you think best reflect the growth and success of your institution?
Over the years, we have achieved many milestones which are a reflection of our commitment to academic excellence, innovation and holistic development. Our student, Miss Shaankari Jadhav has achieved perfect scores of 100% in all subjects in Grade X (2024-25) and stood first in the district. In the ‘Co-Ed Day School’ category, we were also ranked No. 1 in Nagpur by Education World India School Rankings (2025–26) and awarded the No. 1 ‘Great School to Teach & Learn’ in Nagpur by the Education World India Grand Jury Awards.
Our commitment to sustainability has earned us the prestigious Global Green School Award in line with UNESCO standards, as well as a 7th national rank in the Green School Ranking 2025. We were also awarded the GEP Green School Badge by the Greening Education Partnership under the UNESCO. In terms of innovation, our Team Nanostormers received international recognition at the Bose Beamline Challenge 2025, where they won The Synergy Award and a place in the global competition in Switzerland.

Through 2026 and beyond, we will strive to improve academic excellence by using innovative pedagogies, integrating technology more deeply, and engaging in meaningful global collaborations. We will work on scaling up our infrastructure with state-of-the-art STEM and AI laboratories, and improving research-based learning practices. Skill-based modules and gamified learning will make classrooms more engaging. Alongside this, the psychological health of students will remain paramount, ensuring a balanced and future-ready learning environment.

Education is not just about academics but also about all-round development, inculcating good values and creating a safe, nurturing environment. Parents should look for a school that will ensure all this.
