Here are some upcoming cars under 15 lakh in India:

Mahindra XUV300 Turbo Sportz

This car is expected to launch on 15th November 2021 and is probably gaining popularity in the country for it is powered by the BSVI-compliant 1.2Lpetrol engine that can generate 110Ps of power with higher tuning than its other models. A 6-speed manual gearbox is expected to give a mileage of 17.0 km with a top speed of 175kmph. Other features are power steering, cruise control, keyless entry, etc.

Hyundai Elantra 2021

Expected to launch in January 2022 it is the most exciting Hyundai car based on its performance. It is based on the Le Fil Rouge concept with a cascading effect on the front grill. The couple roofline, sharp sidelines, etc., give it an aggressive look. The 2.0 petrol engine comes with a 1.6L GDI petrol option paired with a 32kW electric motor.

Tata Sierra

Expected to launch on 10th January 2022 with an expected power train of Ziptron EV and a range of 400 KM, the car has caused great competition in the EV segment. Some of the outstanding features of the vehicle include LED headlamps, dual-tone alloy wheels, the IMPACT 2.0 design, LED tail lights based on the ALFA-ARC platform for its design and safety features.

Maruti Suzuki WagonR Electric

It is expected to launch on 15th January 2022 and Suzuki’s electric vehicles have been making headlines for the past few years designed eco-friendly towards the cleaner world. It features a petrol and hybrid engine and is capable of withstanding different weather and road conditions in our country. It runs on a lithium-ion battery plant to provide the best possible power sources.

Maruti Suzuki Futuro-e

It is expected to launch on 10th February 2022, this item has a smooth body that flows from the front to the rear. Inside it houses the Futuro-e two-toned, ivory and blue-themed design to give a futuristic appearance. The major features are touchscreen controlled that also features autonomous driving technology. The front seats are designed to swivel 180 degrees to face the rear seats.

Volkswagen Virtus

Expected launch in March 2021, and based on the MBQ A0 platform from Volkswagen, the vehicle is compactly designed, robust and safe. With the most upgraded exteriors to the most stylish interiors, the vehicle has a 1.60 L TDI diesel variant engine along with a 5, 6 and 7-speed manual DSG automatic transmission option. Some other features include a digital instrument cluster, Virtual Cockpit, panoramic sunroof, flat-bottom steering wheel, wireless charging, etc.

Tata Altroz EV

Expected to launch on 13th March 2022, this Tata vehicle comes with a 30kWh battery power and range of 300km, covered in a single charge. The inside includes a semi-digital instrument cluster and other features like a touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple Car Play connectivity, a powerful audio setup, automatic air conditioning and so on.

Honda HR-V

Expected to launch on 24th March 2022, with an engine supporting 1.5L, 1.6L and 1.8L petrol varieties and automatic transmission, this vehicle is going to be unique and available only in certain regions. Inside it is housed with LED headlights, a panoramic sunroof, a 7-inch infotainment system, adjustable power seats and so on. It is going to replace the Honda BR-V model.

Haval F7

Expected to launch on 15th April 2022 with a 1.5L Turbo-Panel, 2.0L Turbo-Panel engine and 7-speed DCT of transmission, it is going to be one of the biggest talking points of the year. The looks and durability are best. The engines will feature a 7-speed DCT gearbox along with a 9-inch infotainment system, faux leather upholstery, electronic power braking, a 360-degree parking camera, adaptive cruise control, etc. It is expected to compete with all others available in the market today.
