Its foundation was laid in the year 1997 and has been operated by eminent entrepreneurs and technocrats who have more than 40 years of work experience in multiple electrical utilities and PSUs. Their two manufacturing units in Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh) and Roorkee (Uttarakhand) well-equipped with latest manufacturing techniques consisting of CNC Power & Presses, Surface treatment, Powder Coating, Hot Dip Galvanized Plant, Casting Furnace, and Injection Molding amongst others. These techniques are put through rigorous test-and-trials with modern testing facilities in certified Mechanical/ Chemical/ HV Electrical Labs. They also have expertise in undertaking Turnkey EPC Contracting of Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation, and Distribution of Electrical Power.
The State of Art quality control practices adhering to ULTIMA’s “In-House Quality Procedure Manual” are under the shadow of intricate observations. These observations are made to ensure “zero defects” during all incoming raw materials and various manufacturing procedures. All products are type tested and certified by CPRI/ERDA/NABL accredited labs.
