Major challenge was that some of the equipment manufacturers had sold out the companies and due to technological enhancement, the fit for the spares in the current setup was not available. We provided them value engineering, part equipment enhancement solutions and spare development with minimum stoppage of the equipment.
In addition to this, we sourced, refurbished, and commissioned equipment that was not feasible to shift, resolved supply gaps, and optimized vendor networks—resulting in significant cost savings and accelerated project completion.
We have also provided solutions to other companies in developing indigenous spares along with detailed engineering services to ensure equipment is functioning, as the delivery period for imported spares was not matching the plant startup. We develop multi-source strategies, localized suppl networks, strong inventory planning, and real-time risk monitoring.
