Exams result out: UPSC Civil Services: Topper is a DU student-Ishita Kishore

The applicants who took the personality test can check their results at the official website, upsc.gov.in, according to The Indian Express, who also reports that the live updates of the UPSC CSE 2022 Final Result are available.

On June 5, 2022, the UPSC Civil Services preliminary examination was held, and on June 22, 2022, the test’s results were made public. Ishita Kishore earned AIR 1 in the mains exam, followed by Garima Lohia and Uma Harathi N and Smriti Mishra. This year, too, women dominated the top ranks.

Shruti Sharma achieved an India Rank 1 in the UPSC CSE 2021 exam the year before. Women dominated the top three positions, with Ankita Agarwal scoring AIR 2 and Chandigarh native Gamini Singla placing third. Candidates appearing in the personality test can now check their results through the official website. The results of the UPSC CSE main test from September 16 to 25 of last year were released on December 6th. The interviews concluded on May 18. According to UPSC Civil Services 2022 LIVE, Garima Navya James, AIR 6, is a junior research fellow at the UGC who studies international relations had cleared the exam in her second attempt. She said that she had already decided to go for foreign services. As per UPSC Civil Services 2023, the Commission issued important notices for candidates from Manipur.

According to reports, Manipur aspirants for the Civil Services Prelims Examination, 2023 may pick up their electronic admit cards from their respective District Headquarters beginning on May 22, in case they find difficulty in downloading the same online, as per the official statement from UPSC notification. Applications are being accepted for free coaching with a hostel facility at the Residential Coaching Academy (RCA), Centre for Coaching and Career Planning, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), in order to prepare for the 2024 Civil Services exam. It is also said that candidates from Minority, SC, ST and Women communities can apply for this program. The last date for the due submission of online application forms is 25th May 2023. Jammu and Kashmir’s AIR 11 Parsanjeet Kour says that patience is the key and with hard work and determination, anyone from any background can crack this exam.

The UPSC Civil Services AIR 2 talks about how she studied in the early morning hours which has helped her to concentrate at the best hours of the day. The overall number of recommended candidates for 2022, according to official UPSC statistics, included 345 from the general category, 99 from the EWS, 263 from the OBC, 154 from the SC, and 72 from the ST applicants.

AIR 7 2022 is from J&K’s Anantnag District –Waseem Ahmad Bhat. Mayur Hazarika from Assam secured the All India Rank 5 in 2022 UPSC. According to their rating and preferences, some of the 23 applicants chosen from RCA are anticipated to receive IAS and IPS appointments, while the remainder will receive IRS, Audit and Account Service, IRTS, and other Group-A allied services.
