I was born into a middle-class family wherein my father was a job worker, and it was a pretty tough life during my school and college times.
Somehow I managed to complete my schooling and college in B.E., and then I got the opportunity to work in the I.T. sector, working in India and abroad for about 13 years. I had a goal & plan before when I was working as an employee: I wanted to do my own business. Then I chose construction and developers. Initially, I invested in the real estate and construction business, and over the years, I gradually gained comprehensive knowledge in both civil engineering and real estate through my own studies and ambition.
Then it was a time I decided to resign from the employee field and started & established my own company called ELEGANT HOMES in the year 2013. So year over year, the business growth has been positive, and today we are doing things in a successful manner.

To build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, leaders should have a clear vision, empower employees with autonomy and resources, and build a psychologically safe environment that encourages open communication and risk-taking. My future development is determined by my creators and is not analogous to a company’s business.
