A turning point came when I saw a close friend’s colleague—an excellent doctor—slip into depression. His hospital had excellent infrastructure, skilled staff, and years of goodwill. However, as new competitors entered his city with aggressive marketing, his patient numbers collapsed. He was losing money every month, not because of poor medical care, but because of poor systems and outdated marketing.
That incident stayed with me. It made me realize how many doctors and entrepreneurs silently suffer, not for lack of talent, but for lack of structured growth strategies. I felt strongly that if hospitals and SMEs had access to one-to-one mentoring, performance marketing, and now AI-driven tools, they wouldn’t just survive—they would thrive. That moment became the seed of my journey into healthcare consulting and SME performance marketing.

My foundation came from VEDA College, where I mentored creative professionals. That experience taught me that structured mentoring changes lives.
