Our vision is to be a leading real estate developer known for our innovative designs, exceptional quality, and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.

I consider myself a strategic thinker and a “hustler,” always focused on execution. quick project turnarounds. I believe that my success in the real estate industry can be attributed to several key leadership qualities. These include strategic thinking, execution capabilities, networking skills, and unwavering dedication. I’ve always been driven by a desire to create something truly special, and I’ve worked tirelessly to achieve that goal.

One of my proudest achievements is the establishment of Bombay Highlines Realty. From our initial projects in Goregaon to our current ventures in Jogeshwari, Andheri and Santacruz, we’ve been in consistent process to deliver high-quality, luxurious properties that have set new standards in the industry. In the past three years, we’ve grown from an initial  ₹5 crore investment to handling projects worth  ₹150 crore. With 3 ongoing projects and 7 projects to be launched next year, this growth has been one of the most significant milestones for Bombay Highlines Realty and has shaped the company’s rapid expansion.

Prime Insights: What has been your most significant real estate project so far, and how did it impact your company’s direction?

Our projects in Goregaon, Jogeshwari, and Andheri have been particularly impactful. These developments have helped Bombay Highlines Realty establish a strong presence in the ultra-luxury segment, shaping our company’s direction toward continued success in the Mumbai real estate market.

Prime Insights: What challenges have you faced as a leader, and how did you overcome them to achieve success?

Like any business, we’ve faced challenges along the way. Challenges are inevitable, but I’ve relied on hard work, strategic vision, and modern technology to overcome them. I believe that these challenges have ultimately made us stronger. My expertise in marketing has also been a key factor in navigating the complexities of the competitive real estate sector.

Also, we can customize our services to meet their specific requirements by understanding their needs and preferences.
