Prime Insights: What advice would you give to organizations planning large-scale infrastructure projects when selecting the right EPC service provider?
Organizations should seek providers with a track record of early completion and vertical integration to avoid delays. You want a partner that owns their own fleet of equipment and has their own workers, so you know who’s responsible. And finally, look for companies that are committed to sustainability and innovation, critical to future-proof infrastructure.
Moreover, organizations should evaluate the financial stability of the provider, technical knowledge, safety standards, quality certifications, and ability to execute complex projects in different sectors. Just as important are indicators of a reliable EPC partner that can deliver sustainable value and consistent project success, such as a transparent governance framework, strong risk management practices, and a track record of developing long-term client relationships.
