A1. Sigma Slotting Corporation, founded in 1984, specializes in retail display racks and industrial storage systems such as supermarket racks, garment store display, pharmacy racks, darkstore rack, pallet racking, mezz nine floors, and cantilever racks. With 14 branches nationwide and state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, we combine quality raw materials, customized designs, and space-optimized solutions. What sets us apart is our commitment to innovation, personal customer care, and continuous technology upgrades that ensure lasting trust.
Q2. What inspired the inception of your company? What challenges did you face in the early days?
A2. Sigma Slotting was founded by my father, Mr. Sandeep Chugh, in 1984, inspired by a vision to provide modern storage solutions to Indian businesses. In the early years, challenges included limited awareness about organized racking systems and resource constraints. Yet, with persistence, quality craftsmanship, and customer trust, Sigma built its foundation. Carrying this legacy forward, I joined in 2013 to modernize operations and expand nationally.
Q3. Tell us about your journey in Sigma Slotting Corporation as CEO.
A3. I joined Sigma Slotting Corporation in 2013 with a clear vision to expand our presence and modernize the way we operate. Since then, the journey has been both challenging and rewarding. Under my leadership, we established a 40,000 sq. ft. advanced manufacturing unit in Kanpur (2014–2018), which significantly boosted our production capacity. Between 2019–2024, we expanded aggressively by opening offices in Ranchi, Raipur, Guwahati, Bhubaneshwar, along with zonal hubs in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. A landmark achievement came in 2025 with the launch of our state-of-the-art 40,000 sq. ft. Hyderabad facility, further supported by new offices in Patna, Jaipur, and Indore.

Each milestone reflects not just business growth but also our commitment to innovation, customer trust, and long-term partnerships.
Q4. Every leader faces hurdles. Do you believe your journey has been different? If so, what were the defining moments of your struggle?
A4. Challenges are part of every leader’s journey. For me, balancing rapid expansion with sustaining quality was crucial. There were moments when customer expectations pushed us to innovate faster, and when market shifts demanded digital presence. Instead of viewing hurdles as setbacks, I treated them as opportunities. Each struggle—whether in upgrading machinery or training teams—strengthened our culture of resilience and growth.
Q5. How do you manage the fine line between professional success and personal fulfillment?
A5. For me, professional success and personal fulfillment go hand in hand. I find joy in seeing our employees grow, our clients satisfied, and our company expanding responsibly. Personally addressing customer concerns and guiding my team gives me purpose beyond numbers. I believe true fulfillment lies in creating value, maintaining balance, and leaving a legacy that inspires others.
