The early days were quite challenging. We had to find the right talent and earn client trust. We had neither large budgets nor large teams, but we had a clear mission to deliver genuine results.
Clients were skeptical initially because the market was filled with unfounded claims. Once they saw our transparency and performance over and over again, they not only stayed with us but started to refer and become our biggest strength.

Arpit Agarwal:
Throughout my career, there have been quite a lot of moments that made me proud. But one has to be when more than fifty percent of our client keywords ranked on Google’s first page in just a matter of a few months after beginning optimization.
Another major milestone is that Black Marlin Technologies is well known as one of the top digital marketing agencies in India. Seeing how far we have come is fulfilling beyond description.
Q8. In your opinion, what does the future hold for digital marketing?
Arpit Agarwal:
In the future, there has to be extreme personalization with a touch of authenticity.
AI, automation, and video content will be evolving, but actual success will lie in knowing who your audience is and creating real bonds with them.
Brands that stay consistent and customer-centric, not just trend-driven, are those that will remain long-standing.

Start small, stay consistent, always keep learning. As digital marketing is ever-changing, curiosity is an entrepreneur’s major asset.
Do not just focus on the tools and tactics—the customer matters. It’s important to know the client’s business, their customers, and pain points.
