As per the Hindustan Times, UP Board results of classes 10 and 12 are going to be released today and candidates can easily check their results from upmsp.edu.in, upresults.nic.in and the HT portal.
On 25th April 2023, the Uttar Pradesh Board of Education will officially release the board exam results at around 1:30 PM. Candidates who have appeared will finally be able to check their hard work of labour from the above-mentioned sites. The result will be announced at the press conference to be conducted by UPMSP (The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Parishad). The pass percentage, topper’s name and other necessary details will also be published along with this result declaration.
UP Board conducted Class 10 exams from 16th February onwards this year. The exams continued until March 3 while the Class 12 exams were conducted from February 16 to 4th March 2023. 8,753 exam centres were set up for the conduction of these exams across 75 districts of the state. The answer script evaluation work was started on March 18 and ended on 1st April 2023 at 258 evaluation centres spread across the state. The Class 10 and 12 results of 2022 of UP Board were announced on June 18, 2023. The official main website for result checks remains to be upmsp.edu.in.
This announcement was made by Dibyakant Shukla, Secretary of Madhyamik Siksha Parishad, and Department of Education (UP Board) through his Twitter account. According to the UPMSP’s passing mark requirements, students must receive a minimum of 35% in each subject, as released on The Indian Express. Those, failing in one or more subjects will be given a chance to appear in Compartment exams. A total of 31,16,487 candidates appeared this year for the matric exams while around 27, 69,258 students appeared for Class 12 exams, as per the data presented by the State Board. Over 24 lakh students along with their parents will be checking today’s results at one point in time, there is expected to be a heavy load on the website. Therefore, alternate website links are provided so that they can cling to them when the official website gets blocked or jammed. This will allow them to be tension free in the tense moment of the result release.
After the release of Class 12 results, students can apply for various college and university application processes as well as prepare for CUET 2023. In due course of time, the original mark sheet of the Class 12 exam will be released on the official website as well and therefore students should keep the provisional mark sheet handy for the college admission process.
To calculate the UP 12th result percentage, the following steps must be followed:
- Add the total number of all your papers to get the percentage of total marks
- Then add up all the marks you have secured in each subject.
- Now divide the number of numbers that have come by the total marks and then multiply by 100.
- By doing this, students will know the percentage of their UP bard results.
To check UP Board 12th and 10th marks 2023, the steps are:
- Type UP10<space>ROLL NUMBER or UP12<space>ROLL NUMBER.
- Send it to 56263.
The UP Board Class 10 results will be sent to the same phone number.
