My journey in the agricultural sector began with my education at OUAT and my early career at the Godrej Group. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in various aspects of the agricultural value chain. Co-founding Go Green Warehouses with Maulik Bhai was a significant milestone in my career.

Together, we’ve led the company through remarkable growth, expanding our operations and building a strong team. Our focus on customer satisfaction, trust, and integrity has been instrumental in our success. I believe in empowering my team and fostering a collaborative work environment. We’ve built strong relationships with our customers and partners by upholding the 8Cs.

My primary goal is to contribute to the growth and profitability of Go Green Warehouses, which will ultimately benefit my financial well-being. Professionally, I strive to become a leading expert in the warehousing and commodity financing industry, known for my reliability and trustworthiness. I’m constantly learning and developing new skills. I’m also open to exploring opportunities with other startups and established companies in the industry to expand my knowledge and experience.

For aspiring business leaders, I recommend focusing on financial prudence. It’s essential to manage your finances wisely and prioritize cash flow over excessive investments, especially in the early stages of your business.

I also believe there’s significant potential in the 3PL sector beyond agriculture. Industries like pharmaceuticals, FMCG, auto, and chemicals are ripe for growth due to changing consumer behavior and government support. You can carve out a successful path in these sectors by understanding market trends and adapting your business strategy.
