Leading this industry is Delegate Workflows, founded in 2021 by Shruthi R. This personal motivation turned into a vision for a company that could empower businesses by providing comprehensive, all-in-one workflow solutions. Delegate Workflows provides a complete set of services, taking on entire workflows for businesses rather than focusing on individual tasks. This “one-roof” approach encompasses various needs, including content writing, graphic design, social media management, and copywriting. They create customized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client workflows, taking complete ownership of the work. Delegate Workflows has built long-term partnerships with over 30 clients across four countries, achieving consistent six-figure revenue months.

Prime Insights: Tell us about your journey as a woman entrepreneur in the business consulting and service industry. What inspired you to start your venture?
My journey as a woman entrepreneur in the business consulting and service industry has been challenging and rewarding. It all started with a deep desire to strike a balance between my professional ambitions and my role as a mother.
When I started, I was working as a part-time virtual assistant and managing social media for a company. That opened my eyes to the growing demand for remote assistance. I realized that busy professionals and businesses struggle to manage their workloads, and I knew I could step in to help.
What truly inspired me to start Delegate Workflows was the opportunity to create something that would not only support others but also give me the freedom to manage my time effectively. I wanted to build a business that reflected my values—trust, flexibility, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Prime Insights: How does your company stand out in the highly competitive business consulting and service industry?
Delegate Workflows stands out in the highly competitive business consulting and service industry by giving an all-in-one solution for businesses. We take on entire workflows instead of providing individual services.
Most service providers focus on specific tasks, which means business owners often need to go to multiple freelancers or agencies for different needs like content writing, graphic designing, social media management, or copywriting. This can become overwhelming. At Delegate Workflows, we provide all these services under one roof.
What truly sets us apart is our adaptability. If you have a unique workflow or a new process, you can explain it to us, and we’ll make a detailed SOP customized to your needs. From there, we take complete ownership of the task. This helps our clients in a customized and comprehensive manner, saving them time and effort.
Every project is completed with a personal touch so that our clients feel supported every step of the way. We don’t just take on tasks—we take on the responsibility to make our clients’ lives easier and their businesses more efficient.

Prime Insights: How do you face challenges related to balancing work-life commitments as a successful entrepreneur?
As a mom of two young children and a full-time entrepreneur, managing work and family life requires a lot of flexibility and planning. I’ve learned to balance the needs of my kids with the demands of running a business by creating a structured yet adaptable routine. I make the most of my early mornings and late nights to work while also giving time to my children during the day, whether it’s helping with homework, playing, or just spending quality time together.
It can be challenging, especially when my business needs attention, but I rely on a strong support system, including my team, to help me juggle responsibilities. By setting clear boundaries and learning to prioritize tasks, I ensure that I can be fully present for both parts of my life.

To aspiring women entrepreneurs entering the business consulting and service industry, my advice is to start with a clear vision and stay focused on your goals. It’s important to believe in yourself and your strengths, as confidence is key when solving the challenges of entrepreneurship.
Networking and building relationships are also vital. Surround yourself with mentors and like-minded individuals who can give support and guidance as you grow. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, learn continuously, and seek help when needed.
Additionally, resilience is very important. The journey will not always be smooth, and you’ll face setbacks. However, it’s important to keep pushing forward, stay adaptable, and learn from each experience.
