Over the years, Trifecta has grown, but our core principles remain the same. We’ve focused on using imaginative living solutions—things that truly matter in day-to-day life. At Trifecta Vanto, we’ve used Platinum-rated green building principles in our design and construction. This means using materials that are low or even zero in VOCs for healthier indoor air quality for our residents. We’ve used an enhanced ventilation design in the project to minimize heat transfer and high-reflectance pavers to reduce heat absorption across the development.

Resource conservation is another key focus. We’ve used rainwater harvesting systems to save precious water resources, and our common areas are run by solar energy, reducing our reliance on old power sources. Even our construction methods show our commitment to sustainability. We used pre-engineered construction techniques, which minimize waste during the building process as well as improve the structural integrity of our homes. Sustainable living should be seamless and integrated, and we’ve aimed to achieve that at Vanto.

One of the proudest milestones was receiving the Times Business Award Bengaluru 2024 for Best Eco-Friendly Sustainable Project. Another was launching Vanto between changing market conditions and seeing strong demand, as homebuyers value thoughtfully designed, eco-conscious living spaces.

One of the biggest challenges was balancing high-rise density with expansive open spaces, making sure that the essence of nature was not compromised. We maximized greenery by using vertical planning strategies while providing 825 spacious homes. Another challenge was having seamless connectivity despite Bengaluru’s infrastructure constraints. Our strategic location, just minutes from Wipro SEZ, RGA Tech Park, and top-tier schools, helped resolve this.
