I’ve always been passionate about creating impactful solutions. Even as a young boy, I was driven by the ambition to turn great ideas into successful projects that truly make a difference and solve problems.

The idea for INSIDEA stemmed from a personal experience. Living abroad, I felt the distance from family and realised many talented people might miss out on dream jobs for the same reason. This sparked the concept of a company where location wouldn’t limit opportunity.
