With 25 years in multinational companies, I experienced firsthand the challenges global buyers face with quality, timelines, and communication in Indian sourcing. I understood the limitations of Indian manufacturers. Virtuous Industries was born to fill this gap, giving a culturally aligned, end-to-end solution that gives global buyers peace of mind and Indian suppliers global exposure.

Shifting from an employee mindset to an entrepreneurial one was my biggest transformation. Finding customers who believed in our value-driven sourcing model was tough initially— but our commitment and credibility soon opened doors.

Our mission is to empower 1000+ Indian MSMEs to succeed on the global stage and to support 200+ international clients in building resilient, cost-effective, and future-ready supply chains.
We’re also setting our sights on physical presence — with offices in the US, Europe, and Dubai by 2030 — to be closer to our partners and serve them with speed, insight, and impact. The future of procurement is global, transparent, and relationship-driven — and we’re here to lead that change.

My procurement journey with global brands taught me that deep listening and long-term thinking drive value beyond price. We invest in suppliers and simplify supply chains, believing great partnerships require care, competence, and consistency. Prime Insights: What are your main objectives for the next year, both for your company’s growth and your personal professional development in the procurement space?
Over the next year, my focus is on strategic expansion into North America and the UAE to better serve global clients. I’m also launching a Sourcing Education Series for Indian MSMEs to simplify global business. Investments in tech like AI-driven interfaces will enhance transparency. I’ll mentor MSMEs to scale globally, aiming to build India’s reputation as a dependable sourcing hub with ethical and sustainable practices. This year is about smart growth and meaningful contribution.
