 Later on, he started seeking big clients amid Pvt. Institutions, Govt. Sector, Hospitals, E-Commerce, etc., by personally visiting their office. Almost all the customers were hesitant to try his services. Their familiarity with the older brands was keeping them from doing so.
 Finally, despite all the doubts of the customers, Mr. Chopra succeeded in changing their mindset. He gave them the best-in-class services at a much cheaper price.
