The idea of building a mobility brand came to Mr. Hemant Saraogi – Founder CEO, along with Mr. Kapil Bidada – Co Founder who conceptualized the name Saratthi and this closely with Mr. Bhavy Aggarwal – Co Founder as the young and dynamic Entrepreneur with an edge, when while travel from Gurugram to Noida everyday Hemant wanted a driver, so he could work and even stop for evening meetings, dinners etc. He could not find such services in the existing Mobility market, so he thought of building a platform through which drivers could be booked, as per the requirements of the users. More than that, this idea also aligned with his motive to serve society at large.
The Initial Road
The initial challenge Saratthi faced was to figure out the best way to optimize the travel routine and expenses of the drivers. Upon extensive research, the team concluded that an e-bike would serve the purpose. The next challenge was the procurement of those e-bikes. Ultimate resolution came through smart management strategies and teamwork.

Mr. Bhavy Aggarwal explains the entire working procedure of the brand and how efficacy is maintained at each level. Firstly, the drivers are registered and verified through an extensive background check. The internal committee checks all the documents of the drivers to ensure profound safety standards are established. Moreover, the drivers undergo several tests before being hired by the brand. These include practical tests on driving with different transmissions and specifications of vehicles. The drivers are equipped with hygiene essentials and tools to perform optimally. Upon hiring, the drivers undergo rigorous training to ensure quality standardized service.
