My brother, Mr. Abhisek Panda, and myself, Mr. Abinash Panda, had been freelancing for a few years, and we noticed the immense potential for structured services tailored to the needs of small businesses and emerging sectors.

Like many startups, we faced challenges such as building trust with clients, streamlining our services, and ensuring our offerings met the various needs of small businesses and retailers. Establishing ourselves in a competitive IT sector also required overcoming financial and operational hurdles.

This is why we’ve incorporated cybersecurity services into our offerings to address these concerns.

We also have ongoing collaborations with clients where we work on refining and expanding our services which helps them stay ahead in their industries.

We’ve successfully utilized digital marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing to reach a wider audience, but one of the most effective strategies has been building relationships and growing through word-of-mouth. Additionally, our startup kits, which bundle essential IT services, have been particularly effective in attracting small businesses. We also work with resellers and affiliates to expand our market reach.

We’ve introduced a new fintech platform called Punjikendra to enhance our fintech offerings. These changes meet the growing demand for digital banking and payment solutions, especially in underserved areas. Along with our all-in-one platform, Revo Workplace empowers small businesses and startups with solutions like ERP, CRM, HRMS, accounting, etc.

Yes, we regularly assess trust through customer feedback, satisfaction surveys, and retention rates. We also measure trust by how frequently clients recommend our services to others, and we take their feedback seriously to continually improve. The fact that many clients return to us for additional services is a strong indicator of the trust we’ve built.

Our goal is to continue expanding into more sectors, especially fintech and cloud services. We’re looking to develop more SaaS products that cater to niche industries and increase our presence in the cyber security advisory space. We also plan to build stronger partnerships with other tech providers and expand our service globally.

Prime Insights: Share some lessons about your journey as an entrepreneur.

Starting PractoMind with my brother was a leap of faith. We had a vision, but we knew the road ahead wouldn’t be easy. Initially, we faced many challenges, but through perseverance, hard work, and the support of our clients, we were able to grow. Over the years, I’ve learned that success comes from truly understanding your clients and being adaptable.

I aim to mentor more young entrepreneurs and give back to the startup community. Professionally, my goal is to lead PractoMind to new heights by expanding our fintech offerings and refining our cloud-based services. We’re also focused on enhancing the customer experience and entering new markets.

Be persistent, and don’t be afraid to start small. Focus on building trust with your clients and offering services that truly solve their problems. Stay on top of industry trends, especially when it comes to data security, and always prioritize quality over quantity.

The IT services industry is evolving rapidly with advances in cloud computing, fintech, and cybersecurity.
