Oasis’ Inception & Success Story

Oasis Fertility was founded in 2009 after the founders of the company, Mr. Kiran Gadela, and Dr. Durga G. Rao saw the prominent issue of infertility in the country and the lack of reproductive medicine options. This encouraged them to establish Oasis. “We saw a clear need for an institutionalized set-up offering all the advanced fertility treatments under one roof, and we were one of the first in the country to do so,” says Mr. Kiran Gadela.

The founders also came up with Oasis School for Human Embryology and Reproductive Medicine as a means to foster scientific and medical talent. “We had established Oasis School for Human Embryology and Reproductive Medicine to train Clinicians and Embryologists in Human Embryology and Reproductive Medicine,” says Kiran.
The institute offers a plethora of training programs and modules in the field of Reproductive Medicine. It also trains over 100 post-graduate doctors and embryologists annually.
Having no prior experience in healthcare, Kiran found it challenging to find his ground as a first-generation entrepreneur. However, he was excited to surrender himself into the spirit of entrepreneurship. “A lot of learning happened with many mistakes as well, and not repeating the mistakes was a priority. I have always been open, agile, and adapted quickly,” he adds.
Over the years. Kiran has steered the organization towards ethical and statistical excellence. He, along with his co-founder, infused values with professionalism into the brand. He also raised funding from a renowned life sciences private equity institution to make Oasis Fertility one of the only single-specialty players in the country.
Today, Oasis Fertility has spread its centers over big cities like Hyderabad (with centers in Banjara Hills, Dilsukhnagar, Gachibowli, Secunderabad, Miyapur, and Kompally), Warangal, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Chennai, Ranchi, Vadodara, Pune, and Bengaluru.
