It began with fabrication work and soon progressed to developing machines for the cable industry. Their focus shifted to manufacturing equipment crucial for road construction, like asphalt pavers and drum mix plants. In 2000, they entered the concrete industry with their first mobile concrete batching plant, a product line that is their core offering today. Nilkanth has expanded its products and capabilities, like stationary concrete batching plants, reversible concrete mixers, and even mobile tower cranes.
Today, under the leadership of Mr. Solanki’s son, Hardik H Solanki, an Electronics & Communication Engineer with an MSc in Engineering Business Management, Nilkanth Engineering Works carries forward this legacy of excellence

My father laid the foundation of our company, whose passion and entrepreneurial vision wanted to revolutionize the construction industry. He saw the potential in providing high-quality machinery and solutions for construction projects.

In the early years, the business has seen a lot of competition, making establishing a foothold in the market difficult. Additionally, finding and retaining new customers was a challenge, as trust in a new brand takes time to build. However, we overcame these hurdles by building quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, which made our name in the industry.

The journey has been incredibly rewarding, with each milestone bringing new learning experiences. Together with my team, I strive to uphold the legacy of quality and trust built by my father.

Professional Goals: Expand our market share internationally, especially in Africa, and introduce innovative products that fulfill customer expectations.
