Nex-G Exuberant Solutions is a 22-year-old company, and from day 1 we focused on next-generation technology training and consulting activities. In the last 2 decades, the information and communication technology industry has grown by leaps and bounds, with technologies changing rapidly. We have been able to keep up with the pace of change. Now we are working on top technologies in telecom (5G, private 5G, 6G, software-defined vehicles, industrial IoT, AI, 5G, optical transport networks, FTTx, Docsis, software-defined optical networks, virtualized networks, and so on. We are also a leading training provider in the broadcasting domain (IPTV, OTT-TV, 5G Broadcasting, Satellite), Fintech (EMV, Card Payments, QR Payments, NFC Payments, EMV Card Validation—L1, L2, L3).

15 years ago, we hired our senior technical manager as a junior website developer with basic.NET and JAVA skills. During his time in the company, he took advantage of the learning resources available, such as advanced networking and telecom workshops, mentorship from senior telecom and fintech professionals, and cross-functional projects. With support and feedback from his manager, he developed expertise in GIS, Fintech, machine learning, and network visualization tools. In the last 15 years, he was promoted several times and is now leading our technology innovation team, driving insights for critical business decisions.
