My journey into school education began in Abu Dhabi as a Grade 3 Teacher Assistant, with a passion for promoting learning. I advanced to teaching, coordination, and leadership roles, excelling in accreditation and inspection processes. With extensive experience in education, I now lead as CEO, inspiring impactful education.

I have championed innovative strategies like AI-driven adaptive learning, gamification, and student-led models like flipped classrooms. I’ve enhanced personalized learning, engagement, and autonomy by integrating data visualization tools and fostering critical thinking. These initiatives make sure of high-performing, future-focused educational environments that evolve with students’ needs.

To keep the curriculum relevant, I focus on integrating 21st-century skills like critical thinking and collaboration through project-based learning, AI, and data science in STREAM courses.
