Therefore, behave in a way so that your instinct does not reflect negatively on others and impact their performance. This includes non-verbal communication, active listening, interaction with teammates, teamwork, project management, etc. all of these build overall communication and enhances connectivity with team members from within. Effective communication is an important skill that a leader must possess to deal with the critical issue and tough topics.
