Pakistan Super League 2025
The Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 is underway adding more excitement to the ongoing cricket season. This is the 10th season of the T20 league where some of the top international players are taking part alongside young domestic talents.
The edition marks the debut of international stars like David Warner and Kane Williamson PSL debut. A total of 116 players from 10 countries are involved in this season.
The PSL has come a long way since it’s inception. Pakistan Super League 2025: Format
There are six teams featuring in this cricket league. Each team will play every other team twice in a double round robin format- one home match and one away match in the league stage. The top four teams at the end of the league phase in the points table advance to the playoffs.
The playoff phase includes one qualifier and two eliminators. The top two teams at the end of the league phase face each other in the Qualifier, the winner of which earns a direct entry to the final. The third and the fourth placed teams play Eliminator 1, the winner of which will play the loser of the Qualifier in a match called Eliminator 2. The winner of Eliminator 2 will then face in the final the team that emerged victorious in the Qualifier.

Pakistan Super League 2025: Prize Money
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that the champions will receive $500,000, which translates to around PKR 14.07 crore.
The runners-up will walk away with $200,000 (roughly PKR 5.62 crore). There are no rewards for finishing third or fourth.
