Prime Insights: Tell us about your company.
AM2PM Support is an outsourcing company that provides outsourcing with a customized approach, i.e., pay only as per need. If you have a process that takes only 1 hour, outsource it for 1 hour and pay only for that 1 hour. We have introduced a customized approach in the BPO industry that people are finding amazing since now they have to pay only for productive hours and are free from the loop of hiring and training.
Prime Insights: What was the inspiration behind launching your company?
It was the pain points that we used to see for the business owners, and we intended to provide that cushion and ease to the business owners. Through multiple books, we found out that there is only one MANTRA to build a big business, i.e., by SERVING your customers.
Prime Insights: What were the initial challenges you faced, and how did you overcome them?
Since we have introduced something new, we used to wonder why the BPO industry is not helping SMBs by adopting a customized approach. The moment we introduced it, we got the reason: it is not at all feasible for a company to sustain its operations with this approach. We have been there in many losses and capital burning, but since it was a dream, we took it as an opportunity and created a system that could sustain the challenges. The challenge is that you incur all your main costs in the first month, and if there is no contract and if we lose the customer, then the whole process is a loss, but since they had a trust in us, we continued with making systems and streamlining it and again found out that the only way to make it happen is to not let your customers go. Provide them with more value than they expect, and that is what we did and succeeded thereafter.
Prime Insights: How is your brand redefining “trust” in the market, and what makes it unique?
Our brand is based on the principle of trust, and we focus more on providing value to the clients than on earning money out of it. People in this industry face a trust challenge because outsourcing industries generally don’t talk of KPIs for results to be obtained; it’s all about poking the prospects and getting a few conversions from that. But is it building a trustworthy brand? Is it developing relationships with your market?
Relationship is the only technique that can make your business grow like anything. And this technique will remain forever; no business or AI can take it. This is away from you. So there was a need to redefine this trust in this industry; this was among the gaps that were visible to us. We are uniquely doing it by understanding their pain points, customizing things as per their needs, and then working to make it happen for them.
Prime Insights: What are the key offerings (products/services/solutions) that set your company apart?
Our major offering is outsourcing of processes like sales, sales support, customer support, accounts, etc., and that too with a customized approach directed towards the results needed by the SMB. Suppose it’s recommended for every company to have an HR person who can act as a one-point contact and support for the employees, but due to high costs, attrition, etc., people compromise with this, which results in high attrition and them stuck in a round loop of hiring and training. Our company offers these companies the opportunity to have an HR department based on their volume at a cost that is way less than the salary of a good HR person, and that too with highly qualified HR people with expertise and guidance from our company.
Prime Insights: How do you see consumer trust evolving in today’s fast-paced and competitive business environment?
Customers are intelligent and knowledgeable in today’s world, and they should be like this. With the help of easy online options available, customers have access to many companies for some work. What sets you apart is only one thing, which is TRUST, and TRUST is the only thing that is going to make your business succeed in the future. Moreover, in the B2B businesses where a business transaction won’t be a one-time transaction, you need to build that trust to ensure retention of that client. A constant churn will anyhow lead your business to a big loss.
Prime Insights: What strategies helped you establish a strong brand presence and connect with your customers?
I think besides the online branding activities like SEO and posts on social media platforms, we have been giving a lot of free value to our clients and markets using webinars, forming videos, etc. Most importantly, word of mouth has done an impressive job for us. We have associated ourselves with clients like partners to provide them with the best services and ensure that they get value out of this association.
Prime Insights: Have you introduced any new categories, innovations, or transformations this year?
Yes, we have taken such kinds of initiatives based on the desire of our market. For instance, after having interviews from our market, we felt that they needed to have an HR service and a service for managing training, so we launched these two plans on a shared and customized basis, where we provide them HR services and help them automate their training. Innovation is a must, and no company can grow without innovations in this fast-changing world.
Prime Insights: How do you measure the level of trust consumers have in your brand?
The ultimate test of trust that customers have is to test whether you are getting references from them or not. A customer may continue to take service from you even if he is not pleased, but any customer will pass you a reference only and only if he has a full amount of trust in you. These things don’t work without trust, and since we are getting a great amount of work from our existing clients, we can surely vouch for the trust level.
Prime Insights: What is the first thought that comes to a consumer’s mind when they see your brand?
As per the feedback that we received, when someone hears our name, it creates curiosity in the mind of the consumer. AM2PM Support also looks new and exciting to them. And I am sure that after reading case studies, people can believe that this company works only for clients and that it sits. Having a customization is not an easy thing to do, but we do it just for our customers.
Prime Insights: Can you share insights into your journey as an entrepreneur?
My journey as an entrepreneur was fantastic. I started in 2011 with a CA firm and then started providing outsourcing in accounting fields, considering the problems of SMBs. I developed a framework where people can outsource their accounts to an experienced staff, and that too with minimum cost. This framework gave good growth to me and a solution to business owners a few years after me, and we were talking and realized that we could replicate this model in many domains, so we started doing it from one chat support and kept doing it for all others. Making it possible for each domain was a task with challenges, but that came to us with joy, and we have been able to develop it and optimize it. We had opened our office in the US also in 2020 but got a good response from India that has been put on hold for now. In my journey I have also authored 2 books, a guide on strategic outsourcing and killing the training trap that will give a self-implementation guide to business owners.
Prime Insights: What are your key objectives for the next year, both professionally and personally?
My key objective for next year is to grow this model on multiple domains and to provide unprecedented value for them. We want SMBs to get the benefits of outsourcing to their needs and concentrate on their growth aspects only. Number-wise, we will be increasing our reach to SMBs geographically at a faster pace and will also be using technology to help them out. Technology will help us scale like anything; with the help of tech, we expect to scale up by more than 150% in just 1 year. We are getting a good response from the market as of now, and our new tech will act as a catalyst in that. Personally, I have also been living this dream for a long time and will continue to dive into that feeling. Our idea of empowering them for higher business needs to be the same.
Prime Insights: What role does innovation play in your company’s growth and success?
Our company is a result of innovation itself. Our innovative approach, which looked at the reason why outsourcing was not available to SMBs, led to the evolution of this model. Further innovation in coming years, where technology will help a company to get the desired manpower in a much shorter time, will further ease SMBs from this challenge. That product will be hitting the trail in the market by the end of this year, with a full launch happening in mid-2026.
Prime Insights: What are some common misconceptions or myths that businesses often have about outsourcing?
Outsourcing is relevant for big companies only.

Outsourcing will be expensive for my size of company.
FACT: It Cannot be compared only with employee salary. Compare it with salary, Infra cost Trainer cost, Hiring cost, Monitoring cost etc .
Don’t Have such volume to outsource.
FACT: Outsourcing is possible for as less as 1 hour per day requirement
I have a person who is a MULTITASKER I don’t need specialisation.
FACT: Multitasking has never worked with anyone because FOCUS is something more Important.
I don’t want to get stuck with any commitment for my business.
