It is an honor to share with readers the inspiring journey of Acceron Industries, a company that has exemplified remarkable growth and ambition in the lubricants industry. Acceron’s started back in 2012 when Mr. Chandresh Kakkad found Heera Supplement Co. in Hyderabad with a single product. The company went through a transformative phase in 2019 with the appointment of Mr. Rahul Kaushik as CEO, followed by my association, leading to its rebranding as Acceron Industries India Pvt. Ltd.
In just five years, Acceron Industries has turned into a multinational company, with a modern manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad, corporate offices in Hyderabad and Bhopal, and an international presence with an office in Dubai, UAE.

Prime Insights: What was the inspiration behind launching your company?
Acceron Industries is not a family-run enterprise but a dynamic collaboration of seasoned professionals with huge industry expertise. With over 40 years of experience, I, along with Mr. Rahul Kaushik, who has nearly 20 years of industry knowledge, saw a huge challenge faced by customers—counterfeiting, adulteration, and the circulation of substandard lubricants. This issue comes from the vast market size and the lack of stringent regulatory enforcement. With a commitment to quality and integrity, we set out to provide a reliable alternative—high-quality lubricants at a competitive price—making sure customers have access to products they can trust.

The primary challenge for any new entrant in a competitive market is gaining acceptance, as established brands dominate every price segment.
Acceron strategically positioned itself in the premium segment, ensuring its name became synonymous with high-quality lubricants. Customers in this category prioritize quality, allowing us to differentiate ourselves effectively. Through consistent engagement initiatives such as workshops and training programs, we successfully educated end users on our stringent quality standards, reinforcing trust and brand credibility.

At Acceron, we uphold stringent quality standards and robust systems at every stage, from the procurement of base oils to the shipment of finished products.
We source base oils from the finest suppliers in the country and procure additives from renowned U.S.-based vendors. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our rigorous manufacturing processes, which adhere to the highest industry standards. Each batch undergoes comprehensive laboratory testing at our state-of-the-art facility in Ahmedabad, ensuring superior quality and reliability.

Our extensive and diverse product portfolio reflects the scale of our ambitions and commitment to growth.
We offer a comprehensive range of engine oils catering to the entire automotive spectrum, including two- and three-wheelers, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, tractors, construction equipment, and stationary diesel engines. In addition, our portfolio includes hydraulic oil, gear oil, UTT oil, industrial lubricants, grease, and coolant, ensuring a complete lubrication solution for various industries.

Customer trust in the lubricants industry is evolving rapidly as businesses navigate an increasingly fast-paced and competitive market. Today’s customers demand not only superior-quality products but also transparency in sourcing, manufacturing, and environmental impact. With the rise of digital platforms, access to product information, performance data, and customer feedback has never been greater.
In my view, companies that prioritize quality assurance, after-sales service, and transparent communication are best positioned to build lasting customer loyalty. India’s automotive lubricants market presents a complex landscape, with the unorganized sector and counterfeit products holding significant influence in certain segments.
To establish a strong and independent brand identity, we strategically launched our products in the premium segment, which is less affected by unorganized players. Additionally, during our initial phase, we focused on West and South India—regions known for their higher quality perception and willingness to adopt superior-grade products—ensuring a strong foundation for sustainable growth.

Our dedicated sales team actively engages with workshops and retail points daily, gathering market insights so that we stay aligned with customer needs. We closely monitor performance to maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction even after product delivery and usage.
Additionally, we do regular mechanics and retailer meetups, doing direct interaction with customers. These initiatives not only educate them on new developments and innovations but also provide valuable feedback, strengthening our commitment to continuous improvement.
Prime Insights: Have you introduced any new categories, innovations, or transformations this year?
I am pleased to share a groundbreaking initiative with your readers—the establishment of our new company in Dubai.
While many in the lubricants industry look for collaborations from the Middle East for sales in India, Acceron has taken a bold step in the opposite direction. We have set up Acceron Industries Lubricants & Grease Trading Co. L.L.C. in Dubai, complete with office space and warehousing facilities. With the government’s ‘Make in India’ vision, we are now exporting high-quality, India-manufactured lubricants to the UAE.
This milestone is evidence to our commitment to excellence, as we meet the strict performance standards needed for ultra-modern, high-speed vehicles operating in Dubai’s extreme temperatures.

Acceron is firmly associated with providing high-quality products at a competitive price, earning strong recognition in our customers.
For our channel partners, our commitment to transparency in business relationships has been helpful in gaining their trust, respect, and long-term loyalty.

Our future roadmap is clear and ambitious. While strengthening our domestic presence, we are also expanding into international markets to compete with global brands.
We are also focused on building Acceron in the GCC, African, and Far East Asian markets, making us a trusted name in the global lubricants industry.
Prime Insights: What role does innovation play in your company’s growth and success?
Innovation plays a major role in product performance and sustainability. As engine technologies evolve, emission regulations tighten, and demand for fuel efficiency rises, lubricant manufacturers must continuously develop advanced formulations that improve engine protection, minimize friction, and extend oil change intervals.
